Billing Policy

This Billing Policy describes how Adomatix (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), operated by OXYWEBS LLP, handles billing, subscription renewals, and refunds for all paid Services.

1. Subscription Plans

  • Our Services are offered on a subscription basis, with pricing and features listed on adomatix.com.
  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on your selected plan.
  • All subscription fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this Policy.

2. Billing Cycle

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
  • You authorize us to automatically charge your chosen payment method at the start of each cycle.
  • If a payment fails, we may suspend or restrict access to the Services until the balance is cleared.

3. Free Trials

We may offer a free trial (e.g., 14 days). At the end of the trial, your account will automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

4. Pricing Changes

  • We may adjust subscription fees from time to time.
  • Any pricing changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, with prior notice sent to your registered email.

5. Refunds

  • All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • No refunds will be given for unused time in a billing cycle or for partial months of service.
  • In exceptional cases (such as duplicate charges or proven technical issues), refunds may be granted at our sole discretion.

6. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access until then.
  • Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription—you must cancel through your billing settings.

7. Invoices & Taxes

  • Invoices and payment receipts are provided electronically via email or your account dashboard.
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST, VAT). You are responsible for paying any required taxes.
